It looks like Microsoft has finally figured out how to migrate from SBS 2008 to SBS 2008 R2 (aka SBS 2011) and has released the migration documentation which can be found at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=cc2c9081-6ffc-4c8b-80e9-c15fc7ad2585.

Try going from a pure windows 2003/exchange 2003 to sbs2011. Wish that was as simple.
Greg, that's where Jeff Middleton's Swing Migration Kit is ideal. Sure, you could struggle through the Microsoft documentation for SBS 2003 -> SBS 2008 R2 (oops, I meant SBS 2011) and make changes as you feel appropriate, or you could subscribe to/buy a single version of Jeff's swinger kit and have a tried, proven method with an excellent support offering.
Yes true. I have used Jeff's SMK in the past and it was was great. I did email him to see if they had a Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 to SBS 2011 but got no reply. I think they bought one out about a week after we did the job. Certainly will updated my subscription.
