As this is an oft-asked question, I thought I'd blog about it here. A number of people have multiple Exchange Servers they'd like to connect to without having to shut down and restart Outlook all the time. The best way I've found of achieving this is by going to this site and downloading the ExtraOutlook.zip file that can be found about 1/3 down the page.
